Floyd Curtis was born at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, and his family has owned property on a local lake since the mid 50's. He has worked mostly in the land surveying industry since graduating from Keystone Heights High School. Floyd started his own business, Grumpa654, in 2017. He and his beautiful wife attend events and markets in the local area to sell his marinade products, and have learned a lot from networking with vendors at these events. Floyd brought the Market At Melrose Farmers & Crafts Sales to Mossman Hall in early 2023, and it has flourished. Floyd says he is very proud and humbled to run the Market At Melrose and to provide a place for the community to gather and support small businesses.
