Transformed office space into fully functioning gallery and community space.
Added two buildings to the "Clay Station", a fully functioning ceramics studio. Now there is a building for working on the pottery wheel and making freeform pottery and a second building for finishing the pottery with paints and glaze prior to firing in the kiln.
Increased artist membership by 40% from 2015 to 2021.
Showcased over 70 "artists of the month" over a six year period.
Partnered with Clay Electric, local businesses, and community organizations.
Put on local art and educational events.
Increased the utilization of the facility by hosting the Four Corners home school group.
Updated website, social media, marketing and advertising.
Added a community garden to the site with sixteen plots available to rent.
Sponsorship of beginning children and adult artists.
Purchase property from the trust.
Continue fundraising and educational programs.
Develop long-term plan for property preservation.
Establish a robust membership program and organize benefactor.
Maintain property and grounds.
Partner with other 501C3's in the realm of Historic Preservation
Art Education and Community Development.
Promote local artists in all disciplines of creative media.
Support promising and under-funded artists.
